Who we are
Our PlanMen staff have a wide-range of knowledge, expertise and experience. A number of our staff are COPC-certified (Performance Management Framework for contact centre operations), a number have Lean Six-Sigma certification and PlanMen itself is a training company that is recognised by the Ecabo (Dutch centre of experience on Vocational Education, Training and the Labour Market).
The added value of deploying our PlanMen is not only evident in the planning and forecasting. It is exactly the transition made from the contact centre to the various parts of the organisation that are involved with this that makes us distinctive.
We have the knowledge, expertise and experience to provide organisations with support in terms of workforce management itself, but also the interdependency with other parts of the organisation. We approach planning and forecasting from the point of view of customer service, marketing, finance, human resources and management. Therefore, our approach is not only in relation to the figures, but also in relation to quality.
