Who we are
Our PlanMen staff have a wide range of knowledge, expertise and experience. A number of our staff are COPC-certified (Performance Management Framework for contact centre operations), a number have Lean Six-Sigma certification and PlanMen itself is a training company that is recognised by the Ecabo (Dutch centre of experience on Vocational Education, Training and the Labour Market).
