Forecasting and planning is a discipline for which specific knowledge and experience is required. For this purpose, specific software or Excel is used. Training courses are available for the aforementioned, but these tend to focus on immediately starting with forecasting and planning, or using a software tool. Without the guidance of an experienced planner, it is not possible to work. After all, this is a process that is not all about imitation ('learning a certain knack') but involves understanding and, if necessary, modifying the activities ('development of a certain knack').
PlanMen offers the following service:
